OUR COMPANY
Onward and Upward Men’s TRT is a men’s clinic helping with low testosterone and other select hormone conditions and symptoms. It is a virtual service during this pandemic but could be face to face in the future as this pandemic starts to improve. I look forward to a long future helping the Men of Arizona.

OUR PROVIDER
Sandy has 24 years of a variety of experience, achieved in a step-by-step process. She started as an ancillary staff member in the hospital at a young age and continued as an LPN, ADN, BSN, and then worked for and became an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Sandy currently specializes in pain management since 2019. She has prior experience in cardiology, family practice, orthopedics, and pain management. She loves her adult family and fur babies, spends time reading, playing board games, cooking, and going on weekend camping trips.
